Modeling and creating design on CAD software. This helps to gauge customer feedback on aesthetics and planned functionality before making any mockups or engineering prototypes.

Scale modeling before building big scale, expensive prototypes.

Testing is done at the University of Vermont, in-house and in the field. We utilize FEA, physical testing and sound engineering practices to help assure a quality and bomb-proof sled.
